At Sprays by Tay, we have a few policies in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone: •Card on File: A card is required when booking your appointment. •No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment (you have a 30 minute window) or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, an 85% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. •By appointment only: I currently do not accept walk ins. •Women-Only Policy: To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we exclusively serve women.
